When adding an audio effect, open effect settings
Currently, when you add an audio effect, you have to add the effect and then double click again to open the settings.
Whenever I want to add an audio effect, I ALWAYS want to make edits to the settings. Can the effect’s dialogue box just open when we initially add the effect? I hardly ever use the default audio settings of any effect.

About the closest workflow to what you are asking is to use a clip effect preset.

I don't know if anyone is reading this, but also, it's sometimes necessary to edit BEFORE dragging the effect (i.e. to multiple clips)
I'm pretty sure that if you save a preset of your audio effect, WITH that effect "open" (I call it 'untwirled') that it will also be open when you newly apply it.
You don't even need to change any settings if you don't want to. You can still create a preset.
You... do know about presets, riiiight?
