Multiple Projects open in new window option.
Option to open a second project in a new window, or like it does now, new panels mixed in with the current project. If I want to quickly open another project to get an export going, or make some quick changes, I don't want the chaos of multiple timelines and project bins all blended into the same window of panels. SHould be able to open it as if you are opening a new premiere pro app.

Completed in v12.1

From personal experience with Apple's Final Cut Pro, it handles files and projects much simpler and better from an editing perspective. You can open multiple projects at once without all the burdensome panels to manage – and it's been a feature for years. Simply slide from one project to the next, copy, and paste assets very easily. Interface similar to using OSX desktop window navigation. Recently moved over to Adobe's CC video software because of my love for their other products I've used throughout my career. Yes, CC has more features and integrates well with their other products but from a video production perspective, FCP is superior.

I think the new project should be opened in the upper tab, like in Google chrome. Adobe should invent a new bar for the fast project switching, just like "Workspaces", only for projects.

In v.12.1, we added a new preference to control the behavior of opening additional projects (separating it from the Bin opening preference, which is what it was tied to in the previous release). Go to Preferences>General and set the popup menu for Projects to "Open in New Window" instead of the default, which is to "Open in New Tab".
