Project manager - consolidation - needs some serious work
Consolidating projects is very hit and miss. There should be a way of working through the clips so that it doesn't copy the entire source file by default when it hits an issue that means it cannot consolidate.
e.g. When source codec is not one that it can trim - offer us the choice to transcode those clips to a format it can trime.
Similarly if identical source clips have been given different audio configurations (e.g. 3x stereo vs 6x mono) shouldn't result in whole clip being copied... let me know as part of the dialogue.
Ideally I'd like to…

Bug report
My old laptop was replaced in 2020 with a new one. I work for the federal government, so it is a standard Dell Precision 7740, 64GB RAM, with Intel UHD Graphics 630, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000. I work regularly with Adobe Premiere Pro. This particular laptop has been terrible, so when I started having trouble with Premiere Pro, I naturally assumed it was my laptop that was the problem. But having visited some of the online Adobe chats, and having spent a couple of hours troubleshooting with our IT helpdesk, I am sure it is not my computer, but the…

Project manager won't collect files anymore
The "unknown error" bug keeps popping up for a couple of years now. I've failed to collect files ever since, no matter the setup or version I'm using, nor size or complexity of the project. Suggested workarounds are impractical and very time consuming. It seems like a simple bug that stops a basic function used in most post pipelines.

Beta 14.9 media managed projects bug
I just media managed one sequence from within a project - which it did OK but it also copied 2x 13GB proxy files that were not part of that sequence (pretty sure they weren't even part of that project - but they were used in the enclosing Production).

Fix Reassociate master clips
We also have a problem here with reassociating master clips
In our case an external editor has edited a sequence outside of our production in Final Cut Pro X. Hes's given us an XML (converted with XtoCC). I've tried several ways to tie this edit into my production:1 - Create a new projekt in my production
- import XML and leave all footage offline
- reassociate clips in timeline to Masterclips which is in a seperate footage project inside of our production2 - Create a new projekt in my production
…- import XML and link footage to local

Bug - Opening Older Projects in 14.6.0
I'm having issues opening non-production projects in 14.6.0.
I have mainly been working with projects inside a production.
If I quit PPro and attempt to open an older (14.5?) project which is not a production, PPro just hangs.
If I open a production, close that production, and then (with PPro still running) open the projects in question ... they work.
Please resolve this.

Power to decide who in production can open projects read/write
Be great to assign permissions to projects - e.g. editor 1 & 2 can read/write all as can all assistants, but editors 3-7 can only open this project read-only.

Premiere Pro crashes when I try and delete sequences
Premiere pro crashes when I try to delete a sequence, a folder, or any of the contents of that folder independently. This is a serious problem... and I see that someone else has encountered the same problem.

Keywords and tags metadata search not working in latest Premiere Pro
Morning,
Tried to tag sequences and things using a text metadata column in the project panel. Latest version of Premiere Pro. Can add the column, can add the tags, search works once or twice and then for some reason just stops. Empty (see screenshot). Not sure if it is something I am doing wrong, a setting that needs to be adjusted or a bug.
I ended up just naming all the sequences with the keywords, which worked for search and I could complete the report, but then what's the point of a tags or keywords meta field?

Project Manager
Please please fix the bugs with project manager! It keeps giving me error message after error message and I've tried everything in the forums. This is SUCH a necessary tool for project management and delivering projects to colorists. It's so surprising how buggy it is!

When I create a sequence from a video clip, often the starting timecode is off by a frame or two
Like if I want my sequences to start at 00;59:50;00 (and the timecode of my video clip is also the same)... and I create New Sequence from Video Clip, the timeline starts at 00;59;49;29. Sometimes I've seen it 00;59;49;28.
It doesn't change even if I manually change the sequence starting time.
These video files I'm using are usually H.264. If I convert it to ProRes, and create a New Sequence from Clip, then it will be correct at 0;59;50;00.
This has been happening for at least a year now throughout the latest versions of Premiere. I didn't notice this issue…

Label colours still not working
Label colours still doesn't work in the project window. It was broken in 14.6, but sadly not fixed in 14.7. I'm looking forward to 14.8.

Rotate footage in bin
If we can rotate some abnormal footage, it would be helpful, because we need to preview the footage before drag it into timeline
